Heart Beat

Each heart has its own reason for beating
But first it has to beat itself

I’m looking for a heart key

I search in dreams
Trivialize daily scenes
Fall in love and get swept away in the wind
Reach for the sun and bend down with shame
I comb the past
I imagine the future

My heart holds firm
Beating out of habit
The keys I encounter are not fitted for me

Each heart has its own reason for beating
But first it has to beat itself
